Private Retreats at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center are always available: Ignatian, Scriptural, or Self-Directed retreats. Spiritual Direction is available.
While recuperating from an injury he received in battle, Ignatius of Loyola formulated a set of meditations that focused on a method of prayer to move closer to God. Fr. Michael Maher will take retreatants through some of the steps recognized for centuries to remove those things that draw us away from our relationship with God and provide insight into how we can move towards God. This silent retreat will allow retreatants to develop those skills that were designed by Ignatius, as well as, provide a means to advance spiritual lives in a peaceful environment away from the noise of everyday life.
Come and experience the transformative story of Psalm 23 and meditate on all the ways Jesus is personally calling you deeper into His loving care as the Shepherd of your heart and of your life! Trusting Him for everything, following His paths of righteousness, dwelling in the safety of His loving presence and provision -- learn to live as the precious Sheep you are, close to your Shepherd.

Participation in the Passion,
Death and Resurrection of Christ
Bishop Michael Warfel
The Holy Triduum is at the heart of the liturgical year. During
these three days of Holy Week, Christians celebrate the
Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ. The Season of Lent
is a period of time to prepare for the three days in which the
people of God commemorate the Paschal Mystery, the core
of Christian faith.
