Join us for the guided retreat "Experiencing God: Our Interior Movements Explained Using St. Ignatius' Rules For Discernment". In this retreat, we will use Ignatian Contemplation, imaginative prayer, and our senses to engage in conversation with God.
This retreat will focus on understanding our interiority using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to engage in intimate prayer with God, Jesus, and the Spirit. We all have various emotions and feelings within us, and this retreat will help us share these interior movements with God in a familiar way through Ignatian prayer.
Each day will consist of talks and a mass, with ample time for personal prayer. This retreat is designed to encourage curiosity, connection, and compassion with ourselves and with God.
Father Jeff Putthoff, SJ, is a retreat leader and director of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. He desires to help others connect to God.
