Billy Molls was raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm. He grew up hunting, fishing, and trapping with his dad and grandfather. Always adventuring further away from the farm, Billy was drawn to the peace and connectivity he felt in nature. His grandpa told him, “If you want adventure, Alaska is the place you need to go.” Billy pursued that dream and went on guide big game hunters in Alaska for 25 years, all while filming his adventures and documenting them on his “Modern Day Mountain Man” film series.  August 17, 2011—the day his youngest daughter was born—in the middle of Alaska’s Brooks Range mountains, Billy finally discovered the reason, the source of his “call to the wild”. On that day, Billy surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, and found his true calling; to witness the Gospel to outdoorsmen and women.
