As Sister Resource:Mission Heritage for Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital my ministry is to be a resource providing materials, history, sacred stories ,and information to assist Senior/Core Leaders, management leaders, caregivers, physicians and volunteers in living the Providence Mission and Value, and the heritage and legacy of the Providence and Dominican Sisters . I assist in providing education, values enrichment, ethical/moral perspective and mentoring for value based standards of behavior in relation to the Mission and Values of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital. My primary role is to be present as a listening, facilitating, observing, guiding, and motivating resource person for Mission and Values integration.
