Silent Day of Prayer on Following Jesus Discipleship in the Bible and in Life Fr. C Hightower, SJ
Father will show participants how to be disciples of Jesus both personally and together. He will first present the biblical text, and then also provide a deeper look at how these two types of discipleship can be practiced in one's life today.
The Silent Day of Prayer includes the Mass, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, two conferences, lunch and concludes with the Rosary and Adoration. $40 per person, ($50 with use of a private room for the day). This Day of Prayer is silent.
Bio – Father C. Hightower, SJ Fr. C. Hightower, S.J. graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice in 1992. He also holds Masters degrees from Gonzaga University (1999) and Weston (Boston College, 2004). He entered the Society of Jesus in 1994, and was ordained in 2004. He was Director of the University Ministry team and Chaplain in the Athletic Department at Gonzaga University. He joined the Sacramento Jesuit Community as the religious Superior in the Fall of 2013, has had many adventures since then, including international ones, and now heads a Catholic parish in Montana.
