Silent Day of Prayer
"A Pilgrimage of Mercy"
Fr. Daniel Barnett
In this Jubilee Year of Mercy, Pope Francis invites all to make a pilgrimage to the Merciful Father. Transformed by His Divine Mercy, we are sent into the world as apostles of mercy. Our pilgrimage passes through the Door of Mercy who is Jesus Christ.
The Day of Prayer begins with a Rosary, includes two conferences, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, a Mass and ends with Adoration.
Cost: $38 per person, includes lunch, (or $48 which also includes use of a private room for the day.)
Father Daniel Barnett was ordained to the priesthood June 23, 2000. He has been serving as pastor of the parishes in Colville, Northport, Kettle Falls, Republic, and Curlew since 2013. Prior to that he was parochial vicar (and later, pastor) of St. Patrick Parish, Pasco. He also served as pastor of St. Patrick and St. Francis Xavier parishes in Spokane, and also served the diocese as Vocations Director, in 2006. Father Barnett is presently the Rector of Bishop White Seminary, Director of Vocations in the Diocese of Spokane, and an appointed Missionary of Mercy by Pope Francis.
