Silent Day of Prayer Quieting Anger Sr. Mary Eucharista, SMMC
Pow! I Did It Again!
Anger, a secondary emotion, can often be the result of deep hurt. On this silent day of prayer we will find the philosophical, theological and emotional roots of holy and unholy anger, and assist participants to see the ways God can help us deal with it and go forward with His help. Letting go of anger requires information and prayer, which we will examine and practice during this day of quiet and peace.
